Ayurveda gives us a complete mind, body, spirit framework for health and wellbeing.

Ayurveda is a traditional healing system for the body and mind, dating back 5,000 years. This unique wellness practice recognizes that each person has a unique mind-body constitution, determines where any imbalances may exist, and provides education, guidance, and options for helping the individual to nourish, stimulate, and balance vital energy to bring about their own improvements in health and wellness.

 
 

Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching

Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching offered at Wellness Within provides a practical approach to creating a healthy lifestyle that addresses all aspects of our lives: physical, mental, social and spiritual. Through this we can find wellbeing within ourselves. An individualized Ayurvedic treatment plan may include breathwork, personalized yoga practice, meditations, Ayurvedic practices for cleansing and nourishing, suggestions for lifestyle modifications, support with mental and emotional wellbeing, and offer tools to create healing on a daily basis.

 
 

Approach

My goal is to build vital essences through wisdom tradition methodology. Your progress is measured by indicators of health such as the following: appetite, digestion, elimination, sleep, energy levels, emotional balance, tongue. The focuses of Ayurveda:

 
 

Mind

  • Address cognitive distortions/thinking patterns

  • Determine internal locus of control

  • Breathwork (pranayama)

  • Meditation and deep relaxation

Body

  • Digesting food and feelings (agni)

  • Movement/Asana (yoga) practice

  • Experience of being in/balancing the body and breath

  • Internalize the Ayurvedic clock

  • Daily routines

  • Recipes and the 6 tastes

Wellness Within: Ayurvedic Wellness Coaching Programs

Wellness Within offers three comprehensive Ayurvedic Coaching Programs. Ideally, they are completed consecutively, but depending on your specific needs, you may be a better fit for the Grow program starting off. Each program is designed to help implement and fortify your regular health and wellness practices customized to your specific needs, ensuring you prioritize your wellness consistently and effectively.
